The overall responsibilities of this position are to partner with field sales and our customer base responding to inquiries for the sale of Kennedy Valve, PIV Group products (PIV is project sales operation that targets water and waste water treatment plant valve needs from 3” to 108” applications nationally and in Canada). Key functions will include: quoting, order processing, project organization, and customer service. This position is in a demanding fast paced environment and requires attention to detail to ensure accuracy and follow through. Project management skills are a must. The position interacts daily with engineering and manufacturing to deliver customer driven solutions.
The ISR will thrive in a team setting; working closely with field sales and customers through, phone calls/conference calls, emails, and occasionally face to face.
This position requires strong written and oral communications skills and at least 2 years of experience in sales or sales support role, or estimating/project management or engineering with a desire to be in a sales environment. Recent college graduates that have an at least an associate’s degree in a technical or construction related field and have an interest in sales will be considered.
