Responsibilities include providing support to the entire Foundry management team. The supervisor must ensure proper training of new employees and that safety procedures are being followed; must address attendance and discipline when needed, track hours worked, and oversee the workload and quality control of shop floor processes. Will work as management support where needed including some 2nd shift assignments.
