This position reports to our Inventory Control Manager. In this role there will be opportunities to gain experience in multiple areas of the supply chain; typically, around inventory and procurement.

Assist with maintenance safety, environmental projects, downtime planning, training, special projects, and scheduling work. This position requires supervising and coordinating the work of employees within the maintenance departments that repair, maintain the building/facility, and production machinery/equipment in the facility.

Longevity Pay $.10 cents each hour for every 2 years worked with a cap at $1.20. Trainers Pay $1.00 each hour for assigned training.    Paid Sick Leave- - 80 hours of Paid Sick Leave (PSL) prorated based on start date. - Sell back any unused PSL at the end of year. Twelve paid Holidays Paid Vacation Healthcare starting at $273 per month.  Company Paid life Insurance. The goal of the program is to prepare the individual for future Senior Level operations management positions. Through this program the members will learn all facets of the business. The trainee will go through a department rotation to gain perspective on Production, Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety, Engineering, Research and Development, Sales, and Human Resources. The trainee will be evaluated for scope and understanding of department functions before rotating. This will include both first and second shift availability.

This position reports to the Value Stream Manager. Top level priority of the Intern is to lead their team by managing their own words and behaviors, setting an example that engages employees. The Production Intern works closely with the VSM to direct the day-to-day activities of up to twenty hourly employees.
